The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's bout.
Ex two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - usually known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead attacked ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the novice remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
